Whooooop, thank you for registering for the Scotland Retreat 2026 – I’m so happy that you’re taking part!!! These are the next steps:

Pay your desired instalment (100%, 50%, 33%)
Ensure you have a valid passport and electronic entry permit.
ATTENTION: Please do not book your flight until I have confirmed the retreat 100%.
Fill in the questionnaire (you will receive it by e-mail)

When I started photography, I had a very specific image style in mind that I really wanted to create myself: light, airy, feminine and elegant.

But it was several years before I finally achieved and deciphered it with the help of workshops.

It is precisely this knowledge that I am passing on to you on my education page.

This retreat is not only about content creation, but also about networking and enjoying your time in Scotland!

The whole story revolves around this: we accompany a couple in Edinburgh City for their engagement. Then we head to the Highlands for a real handfasting ceremony and a cozy picnic.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Overnight stay in hotel apartments (4 people)
Breakfast and dinner
Styled shoot in the city at the most beautiful locations
Admission to all planned sightseeing activities: Mary King’s Close, Edinburgh Castle, The Whiskey Experience
Private shuttle bus to the Highlands
Styled shoot in the Highlands with handfasting ceremony and picnic

Transfer costs to the airport, bus, tram, and taxi rides, etc., if applicable.

ATTENTION: ENTERING SCOTLAND

Unfortunately, Scotland is no longer part of the EU, so you will need a valid passport (an ID card is not sufficient) and an electronic entry permit to enter the country. The best way to do this is to use the official App – or £19, you can scan your passport here and receive an entry permit that is valid for two years.

DO I HAVE TIME TO REALISE IDEAS ON MY OWN?

What I don’t want under any circumstances is for there to be a so-called pack shoot where you go home with nothing but lucky shots. Each participant will have enough time alone with the model couple to be able to implement ideas and what they have learnt in peace.

MAY I USE MY IMAGES?

Absolutely! You can also submit them to magazines after a short waiting period of 2 weeks. Of course, you can use them for yourself immediately beforehand. We would be delighted if you tag us on Insta 🙂

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS ARE ATTENDING?

In order to keep the whole thing as intimate and exclusive as possible, a maximum of 6 participants can take part in the retreat.

WHAT LEVEL OF PHOTOGRAPHY DO I NEED TO BE AT?

You don’t have to photograph professionally or full-time. You don’t even have to know how to take manual photos! The main thing is that you know how to use your camera and how to edit your pictures afterwards.

DO I HAVE TO BE A FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHER?

No – the design concept is of course based on fine art. But it is entirely up to you which style you photograph in.
